Our founder built submarine bridge trainers in collaboration with NUWC Newport. That is simulation for an audience that does not accept “the trainee completed the module” as an answer. In that world, a simulator exists to find out whether someone can do the thing under pressure, and the assessment is the deliverable.
Bubbler Reality Labs applies that standard to occupations that never got it: the trades, healthcare procedures, maritime work, and the students deciding whether any of it is for them.

- A district, a workforce board, and an employer can be in the same room in this state. That is how a first cohort gets run in weeks instead of quarters.
Where this started.
We started with The Bubbler VR, a virtual reality venue in Providence, and learned what people actually do inside a headset by watching thousands of them try. The venue remains a separate business. Bubbler Reality Labs is the simulation and assessment company that came out of it.
