Studio, custom builds

Custom simulations, built on the same platform.

Some organizations need a simulation of their facility, their equipment, their procedure. We build those as projects, on the same engine everything else runs on, with the same grading and the same records.

Typical: one procedure, scoped and graded end to end, 8 to 16 weeks. We’ll tell you early if what you want doesn’t need VR.

A custom build starts on your floor. We capture the real equipment before we model it.

What we build well

  • A single procedure, scoped end to end and graded
  • Faithful models of your equipment, tooling, and workspace
  • Fault and failure scenarios you cannot safely stage in real life
  • Conversation-driven scenarios where the assessment is what the trainee says
  • Exploration experiences for a specific employer or facility

What we won’t take on

  • Anything positioned as a replacement for a certification or a licensing exam
  • Broad "digital twin of everything" programs with no procedure at the center
  • Marketing showpieces with no one being assessed
  • Work where the honest answer is a video, a checklist, or better documentation
How projects are scoped and priced

No discovery phase that produces a slide deck.

Shape
One procedure, scoped and graded end to end. Typically 8 to 16 weeks from kickoff to a cohort running it.
Pricing
A project fee for the build, plus an annual content refresh. The refresh is written into the first contract rather than sold to you later, because procedures change and a stale simulation grades the wrong thing.
What you own
The Playbook and the records it produces are yours. It runs on SimOS, so it keeps getting the platform's grading improvements without a rebuild.
Prior custom work

Projects we’ve delivered.

Some of this is core to where we go deep. Some of it was a good project for a specific client and isn’t a product line. Both are listed, and we’ll tell you which is which on a call.

Career exploration

Providence Public Schools

District-wide sessions putting students inside occupations they had not previously considered, with participation and interest data returned to the district.

Skilled trades and healthcare

CTE welding and nursing

Procedure reps students repeat before they reach the live booth or the clinical lab, so scarce supervised time is spent on the people who need it.

Conversation under pressure

Corporate sales scenarios

Role-play simulations for objection handling and negotiation, scored on what the trainee actually said rather than on completion.

Real estate

Pre-construction visualization

Full-scale walkthroughs of unbuilt properties. Project work, delivered and closed. It shows the range the engine covers, not a product line.

Custom builds are graded like everything else, and they carry the same claim boundary: a Readiness Record documents simulated performance under observation. It is not a certification and does not replace a certifying authority’s sign-off.

Book a call

Describe the procedure and the facility. If VR is the wrong tool for it, we will say so on the first call rather than in month three.

We’ll tell you on the first call if this doesn’t need VR.
