Workforce training

Train the procedure. Then prove it stuck.

Unlimited reps on the thing that’s dangerous, expensive, or impossible to practice on the real equipment. Then a record at the end that says what the trainee can do, how they did it, and when it expires.

This is the workforce side: employers, apprenticeship sponsors, community college workforce divisions, and defense suppliers training adults to perform a job. If you are looking for career awareness for K-12 or college students, start with career exploration.

How a deployment works

Four steps, and none of them start with buying hardware.

  1. 01

    Pick one procedure

The one that's dangerous, expensive, hard to schedule, or the one people keep failing. One is the right number to start with.

  2. 02

    We build the Playbook

Your steps, your equipment, your tolerances, your failure modes, written as scenario files against the existing engine, not as a new product.

  3. 03

    The cohort runs it graded

Unlimited reps. Every session produces machine-verified gates and a judgment assessment, not a completion tick.

  4. 04

    You get records and analytics

A Readiness Record per learner, plus cohort-level views of where people actually fail.

Qualification currency

Competency decays. A record should know that.

A record that says “passed in 2019” tells an employer nothing about today. Ours carries a verification date and an expiry, so a supervisor can see who’s current, who lapses next quarter, and who needs a refresher, before it’s an audit finding.

What you can report

Data you can hand to a funder, a board, or an auditor.

Time to competency by cohort
How many reps it takes your people to get clean, and how that changes across intakes.
The step everyone fails
Ranked failure points across the cohort. Usually it is not the step your instructors expect.
Per-learner records
Individual Readiness Records you can attach to your own outcome reporting.

Participant outcome reporting stays with the partner who holds the funding contract. We supply the data; we don’t file on your behalf.

The boundary

What this is, stated plainly.

This documents readiness to attempt a certification and shortens the path to it. It is not the certification. Simulation supplements a certifying authority’s process; it does not replace a live-plate test, clinical hours, or a sign-off. Saying that clearly is what lets a training director adopt it without sending it to legal first.

If someone tells you their simulator replaces a certification, ask them to put it in writing for your accrediting body. We would rather be the vendor you can actually defend in a review.

Book a call

Name the procedure. We will tell you what a Playbook for it looks like, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing in simulation at all.

We’ll tell you on the first call if this doesn’t need VR.
